The Noguchi Process

We have refined our manufacturing process to ensure completely transparent, highly efficient, and error-free production for every client.

Consultation & Tech Pack

We review your designs, material requirements, sizing charts, and requested volumes to ensure total alignment before any fabric is cut.

Sourcing & Sampling

We source the exact fabrics required and rapidly produce a physical prototype (sample) for your final approval.

Bulk Production

Once approved, the order enters our Burera facility. Our automated cutters and 280+ sewing machines begin mass assembly.

Zero Tolerance for Errors

The 3-Stage QC Audit.

When you produce tens of thousands of garments, quality control cannot be an afterthought. It must be engineered directly into the production line.

1. Inline Inspection

Roving QC inspectors continuously monitor the sewing lines, checking stitch tension, seam allowances, and raw material integrity before assembly is finished.

2. End-of-Line Inspection

100% of finished garments are visually inspected at the end of the line. We check against sizing tolerances, trim loose threads, and verify hardware (zippers/buttons).

3. Final Random Audit

Before packing, an independent team performs a statistical random sampling audit based on strict Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL). If the batch fails, the entire line is re-inspected.
